Safwat Ghazaly holds an Oil Production Diploma from Cairo University. His  Undergraduate is from Suez Canal University by 2000 as a petroleum engineer.

Safwat is certified as a SPE Professional Petroleum Engineer since 2017.

He joined Oil and Gas Industry in 2003 after that he worked in many Local, international, and service companies inside and outside Egypt, like bp, ARAMCO,  and Edison.

He have a wide range of Drilling, Workover, and Completion experience. In deed he have also a dual skill between rig site as a Well Site Leader / Drilling Supervisor / Company Man,  and office as a Drilling Engineer.

Indeed, Safwat has a wide skills in drilling shallow, deep wells in addition to deep water drilling knowledge.

Finally, Safwat is conducting  many courses related to Drilling to ADNOC.
